OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card will reserve your appointment at Parlour 818. We understand that it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
We require that you provide a 24 hour advance notice to avoid being charged for the appointment. You must call the Salon to ensure your appointment Is canceled.
“No-Shows” will be charged the full value of the appointment and gift certificates will be forfeited.
